Your relationship pulse, at a glance
Open My Contacts and you get everyone Trevally has organized for you, with their last interaction right on the row, including the subject of the most recent message so you remember where you left off. The column to pay attention to is Relevance: one to five stars showing how strong the relationship is right now, computed from your last 30 days of messages, factoring in frequency and, weighted most heavily, reciprocity, how balanced the conversation is. Five stars means a genuinely active, two-way relationship. One star means it is cooling. It is the fastest way to see who deserves attention this month and which important relationships are going quiet.

Every interaction, on one card
Click any contact and the card opens with everything attached to that relationship: a Messages tab with the full conversation history, searchable and paginated; a Notes tab for your own private observations pinned to the person; an Attachments tab collecting every file they have ever sent you, automatically extracted from your synced emails; a Tasks tab for follow-ups linked to this person; and an Insights tab that answers a question no address book can: which of your contacts did this person introduce you to, with the exact email and date of the introduction.

A card that fits the way you work
The contact card form is not fixed. Hit Edit and you can add new attributes to any category — or create entire new categories — so the card stores exactly what matters to your relationship with that person: a birthday, a preferred channel, their assistant's name. Attributes you do not need can be removed just as easily. Both manually created contacts and inbox-synced ones arrive as first-class citizens with the same depth.
