Our mission is to build technology that saves you time, effort and energy so you can enjoy more of your life doing the things you enjoy with the people you enjoy being around.
In this Privacy Policy we describe how we collect, use, and handle your personal information when you use our websites, software, and services ("Services").
What & Why
We collect and use the following information to provide, improve, and protect our Services and Your Information:
Account information. We collect, and associate with your account, the information you provide to us when you do things such as sign up for your account, upgrade to a paid plan, and set up two-factor authentication (like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, and physical address). Some of our Services let you access your accounts and your information via other service providers.
Contacts: Our Services are designed to make it simple for you to store your contacts’ information such as name, address, phone number(s), email address(s), work history and any other custom fields you may create to manage a contact’s information. Our services are also designed to organize and save things related to your contacts such as documents, photos, and all other file types you exchange or share between communication platforms, files you upload to a person’s contact card to save and file under them, links people have shared with you and any other similar information we are able to easily organize for you.
We also make it easy to assure your contacts have your most up to date information in their contacts on the Trevally platform. Basic information is shared by default because if someone is your “contact” they likely already have this information. Basic information is your first name, last name, current company you work at, position, work email, personal email, work phone number and your personal phone number. You control all other information that is shared with who. This means you can choose to share your home address with one of your contacts or you can choose not to. Maybe you want your family members in your contacts to have your home address and that’s it, you control that. It is not provided by default. The same goes for other information you may choose to share like your birthday, partner’s name, kids names, etc.
