Segments you can actually work with
Your contacts are only useful once they are segmented the way you actually think about people. Lists let you slice your network into whatever groupings matter: active clients, warm prospects, this quarter's candidates, everyone from a specific event. Each list appears in your sidebar with a live member-count badge so the groups you work from most are always one click away. A shield icon means you own a list; a share icon means someone shared theirs with you — and shared lists are read-only for recipients, so the owner stays in control of membership.

Build a list in seconds, not hours
Building a list is faster than it looks. The Add Contacts search understands email domains: type @acme and every contact with an acme.com address appears, so building 'Everyone at Acme Corp' takes seconds instead of scrolling through your whole base. Once the list exists it becomes a building block the rest of Trevally leans on — a Kanban board, a Courier file share, a Tailgate community or an eCard campaign can all be targeted at a list in one click.

Shared live, and private by design
Shared lists arrive in each recipient's sidebar automatically — no export needed, and the list stays live so everyone always sees current membership. Lists also act as privacy circles: on your personal contact card, each category of information can be shared with a specific list, so your Close Friends list sees your personal number while everyone else does not.
